This project of Design Studio 8 (PROAU) was focused in creating a covered path between two of the Ministries designed by Oscar Niemeyer to the capital of Brazil, Brasilia. Besides the shelter, the project includes public restrooms, a restaurant, a café, a newsstand, and the treatment of all the landscape around. Our proposal used some of the elements found in the buildings, such as the modulation, the rhythm and the materials to create a new interpretation of the space that integrates nature with the intense life of that area.
